Probably Gonna Need WR Help From Portal

FSU added one wide receiver from the portal, Malik Benson. He flashed why he has the potential to be the No. 1 guy but got rolled up on and injured Saturday. I'm not sure how serious the injury is, but it was already apparent the Noles will need more help from the portal at the position. FSU has veteran guys, but none of them looked like they could take over a game if they had to, similar to Johnny Wilson or Keon Coleman. I used to be against adding receivers after spring camp because it takes a lot to come in and learn the offense in a short amount of time.

However, Keon Coleman was an established veteran with a ton of productivity who worked to become an immediate contributor. Can FSU find someone with similar experience and potential production? FSU has a track record of receivers putting up great numbers in Mike Norvell's offense, and DJ Uiagalelei has enough cache to attract a guy like that. I would be shocked if a couple of FSU receivers didn't hit the portal soon. If so, watch to see who enters the portal from other teams.
