FSU football: 5 defensive players who shined against California Bears

Redshirt freshman Edwin Joseph is a player that had been standing out on special teams early in the season. He's made some massive hits as a gunner on punt return defense. He's finally been healthy and is starting to enter the secondary rotation as part of FSU's Dime package.
Joseph had a huge interception to stop a California drive right before halftime. He also nearly blocked one of California's field goals and likely influenced the kicker to miss it wide right with his pressure.
Arguably his biggest play was his pressure off the edge to help sack the California quarterback to effectively end the game. Joseph had been vocal at practice this week, heard saying, "If you donβt want to be here no more go home!β
