Parting Thoughts

FSU football coaches have committed at QB, linebacker, offensive tackle, and defensive end for 2024. Of course, they'll need to address all the positions, but I'm only focusing on those they have to hit in 2025. FSU signed a wealth of talent at wide receiver and defensive back in 2024. They can be more selective and take fewer guys at those positions in 2025. I'm curious how many high school players they'll choose to take. They took 23 in the last recruiting cycle and lost a couple of guys towards the end.

I wrote about how the success of the past two years should pay dividends on the recruiting trail with this class. The recruits have great relationships with the coaches. There's stability with the staff signing extensions, and there is proof of concept on the field. If Mike Norvell can land high-quality players in these positions with the biggest need? I think it's safe to say FSU will remain near the top of the college football world for the foreseeable future.
