EXPERIENCED OFFENSIVE LINE

Florida State has a veteran offensive line this season where it has players such as Darius Washington, Richie Leonard IV, Maurice Smith, Keiondre Jones, Jeremiah Byers, Robert Scott Jr., and Jacob Rizy are all listed as seniors.

Even though offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Alex Atkins will be suspended for the first three games of the 2024 season, the offensive line position unit should be able to hold its own as they are a veteran group.

The offensive line struggled at times to run block. However, that should change with the trio of offensive guards such as Richie Leonard IV, TJ Ferguson, and Keiondre Jones. This should allow the Seminoles to get back to its bread and butter of the counter-run scheme.

The experienced offensive line should be able to set the foundation against a Georgia Tech defensive unit that only recorded 1.62 sacks per game in 2023 (109th in the FBS). The Seminoles should be able to have their way versus the Yellow Jackets.
