2. Recruiting

Whether it be out of high school or the transfer portal, Mike Norvell has become one of the best recruiters in college football. Mike Norvell and the staff have dominated the transfer portal this offseason, acquiring huge talents such as DJ Uiagalalei, Marvin Jones Jr., Malik Benson, Earl Little Jr., and others.

The transfer portal has paid off for Norvell so far in his career at FSU. Considering Norvell's previous transfer acquisitions, such as Trey Benson and Keon Coleman, two of the best athletes to wear the garnet and gold. The impact that those two have made on the Noles is amazing. Nole Nation should be grateful that Norvell acquired those two high-caliber athletes. Hate it or love it, Norvell has made the transfer portal a major success factor for this program.

Now that the Noles are back to their elite status, recruiting has improved, especially at the high school level. His passion for developing players has also enhanced the recruiting process. These players know they can be molded into greatness under Norvell's guidance, which makes choosing FSU a no-brainer. There are not many other coaches in college football have that effect.

As long as Norvell keeps soaring in recruitment, both high school and the portal, the Seminoles will remain a top-tier team for years to come.
