FSU football: 3 remaining games on the Seminoles' 2024 schedule that concern me
MIAMI
The Miami Hurricanes fan base has always been a discussion over the offseason. However, the Hurricanes' program has underperformed over the past twenty years after joining the ACC in 2004.
Rivalries are always special in college football. The pressure is mounting as the two programs want in-state bragging rights as well as leveraging for highly-touted prospects. Head football coach Mario Cristobal has always been a tremendous recruiter but a below-average in-game manager (so bad that he had to hire an in-game assistant).
Florida State fans have always been able to point to the fact that they have defeated the Hurricanes for three straight years, but it looks like Miami has found a spark offensively with transfer quarterback Cam Ward. The Hurricanes could have the best overall team that they have had in twenty years.
We know how Miami is with all the offseason hype. The talk through two games of Florida and Florida A&M has been quarterback Cam Ward. However, they always seem to disappoint when living up to the preseason hype and crumble under the pressure of expectations.
