FSU football: 3 reasons why individuals should take FSU money line versus Memphis

I am not suggesting one bit that head football coach Mike Norvell is on the hot seat or anything like that in his fifth season of Tallahassee. However, it is a bit disappointing that the start of the 2024 season has begun like this.

With that being said, teams can get better and better with time, hard work, and dedication. Norvell always emphasizes positively responding to adversity and getting yourself off the mat when you get knocked down. This is a challenging moment for the program.

Did I envision this 0-2 start after what I witnessed in 2021? No.

However, I believe in the process that Norvell has with this program. There are big changes that need to be made to have sustainable success, but I believe that they can be made over time. In the meantime, this team needs a win in 2024 and it needs to happen now.

If a win doesn't happen on Saturday, you can bet that a youth movement will be taking place (if it doesn't already take place now). Fans want to see the team successful. Norvell has apologized to the university, the fans, and everyone involved but actions need to speak louder than words at this point.

A win is a win, and it doesn't matter how it looks.
