RUSHING GLENN AND KROMENHOEK'S DEVELOPMENT

As I mentioned above, the coaching staff brought in Uiagalelei to bridge the gap between the younger options on the roster such as Brock Glenn and Luke Kromenhoek. The fact of the matter was that Uiagalelei won the starting job in fall camp because Glenn and Kromenhoek were not ready to take that next step in their development.

It is important to note that both signal-callers will be fighting for a starting position in 2025 as the Seminoles take on the Alabama Crimson Tide to start the year. During the third offensive drive of the game for Florida State, fans were screaming "We Want Brock!" to the team.

While I understand the play on the field was not great for Uiagalelei, there is a reason why the coaching staff did not put Glenn out there at that time.

As we have seen with players on the roster, the coaching staff has to decide if it is worth putting a player out there which could risk ruining his development and confidence as a whole. I wonder if the coaching staff wants to ride it out a few more games to see if the veteran could improve and let the young guys develop.
