Bowl games can be weird because of so many dynamics at play. There are guys sitting out(Georgia will have guys sitting out too). The two teams haven't played in a few weeks, and it'll be a neutral site game. The betting spread is -20 points. If FSU beat Georgia, it wouldn't be among the largest upsets in recent memory. Not to mention we've seen big upsets in college football in recent years. Appalachian State defeated Texas A&M on the road as +17.5 betting underdogs. Virginia beat North Carolina at +23.5 betting underdogs.
