How Much Progression Can Luke Kromenhoek make?

2024 FSU QB signee Luke Kromenhoek was a player Mike Norvell, and the staff offered before he ever started a high school game at QB. Kromenhoek proved their evaluations correct, as the three-star recruit evolved into a composite four-star player, although one website had him as a five-star. The spring is all about Kromenhoek getting acclimated to college and learning the offense. How quickly can he absorb everything while building a rapport with his teammates? Can he have the same progression or surpass what Glenn did last spring?

That's the biggest question for Kromenhoek if he plans to challenge for the job next year, since he'll likely redshirt this season. It's all about taking advantage of the practice reps, and their should be plenty to go-round since FSU only has three scholarship quarterbacks. FSU signed a second 2024 blue-chip QB as a preferred walk-on, but he's extremely raw and will take a lot of work to become an effective passer in college.

Parting Thoughts

This quarterback room is as talented as it's been in a long time. There's just not much experience in the room aside from Uiagalelei. His track record and work ethic are what FSU needed in a transfer QB. It's killing two birds with one stone, building for the 2024 season and beyond. I'm excited to see how these guys perform over spring camp.
