How Much of Their Success Was Due To Jordan Travis?

The FSU offensive line has progressively allowed fewer and fewer tackles for a loss and sacks over the past few seasons. How much of that can we attribute to Jordan Travis and Trey Benson's ability to break tackles or escape from crazy situations at or behind the line of scrimmage? FSU won't have a wizard behind the center to pull Houdini acts, but the likely starting QB, DJ Uiagalelei, didn't get sacked a ton at his previous stop at Oregon State. He's hard to bring down and can fall straight ahead for 2-3 yards if he gets in trouble.

However, we rarely saw defenders running free unabated to the QB or running backs like we did in 2020-21. I'm curious if this offensive line can stand toe-to-toe with other stout defensive lines like Clemson or Notre Dame in 2024. The good news is that FSU has one of the best defensive fronts in the conference, which the offensive line gets to go against every day.
