FSU football: 3 HUGE overreactions from upset loss against Georgia Tech
By Kelvin Hunt
FSU football suffered an upset loss as a double-digit betting favorite against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday afternoon in Dublin, Ireland. I pointed out how FSU could beat the Yellow Jackets soundly and how Georgia Tech could cover the spread or potentially win the game here. I wrote about five things the FSU defense needed to do to limit the Yellow Jacket offense here. I think it's fair to give Georgia Tech credit. They executed better than FSU for most of the game. FSU didn't play well, and it was a tie game, with Georgia Tech kicking a 44-yard field goal as time expired to pull off the upset.
Naturally, FSU football fans are ticked off, especially those who spent their hard-earned money to travel across the ocean to experience the loss. I get it because we thought the program was way past losing to a team like Georgia Tech. However, this team has a lot of room for growth as inexperienced players develop and the coaching staff better understands their strengths and weaknesses. However, some of the stuff I've seen from fans is a total overreaction. Here are the three biggest I've seen.
