KEEP A POSITIVE MINDSET

We have to remind ourselves as a fan base as well as a football team that Florida State has an unconquered spirit. Regardless of what the record says we are, this is still an opportunity for the Seminoles to showcase that they do not quit in times of adversity.

Head football coach Mike Norvell always emphasizes the importance of responding to adversity. What will you do when you fall on the mat? Will you get back up or will you continue down the downward spiral?

The entire college football landscape is talking negatively about the Seminoles and their 0-2 start. It is time for Florida State to shut out the doubters and handle their business privately when no one is watching.

While the dreams and aspirations of making the conference championship or College Football Playoff are hanging on by the narrowest of margins, the Seminoles can still make it a productive campaign.

Florida State has to find to get itself in the right mindset for the rest of the season. They cannot let themselves get down and be doom and gloom. Florida State has to find peace with the reality they are in and realize that things can change with dedication and hard work.
