FSU football: 16 players who could be selected in 2025 NFL Draft
By Kelvin Hunt
Kyle Morlock
Redshirt senior tight end Kyle Morlock arrived in Tallahassee last year and surprised folks by replacing Markeston Douglas in the lineup. Morlock made the jump from the DII ranks surprisingly easily, and was productive for the Noles opposite Jaheim Bell. Morlock returns as the most experienced tight end on the roster, looking to build on his 19 receptions and 255 yards last season. After all, Jaheim Bell got drafted as a smaller tight end with near the same production.
Morlock was the FSU Newcomer of the Year and should have a productive 2024 season with DJ Uiagalelei. Morlock had impressive production and was a two-time All-American at the DII level. He is listed at 6'6" and 240 pounds and moves well for a guy that size. If he has the year we expect, with 30+ receptions and 400+ receiving yards? He'll likely get an NFL Combine invite, and if he runs a solid 40, he probably gets drafted in 2025.
