Jaylen Early

I don't want to see it's put up or shut up time for Jaylen Early, but it's time for him to become a contributor after spending the past two seasons getting bigger and stronger in the S&C program. Early will spend time at offensive tackle, and there's an opportunity there with Robert Scott continuing to battle injuries and missing this spring camp.

Early was a part of the 2022 offensive line recruiting class that was heralded as one of the best in recent history for FSU football. However, only Early and Julian Armella remained on the roster but were the two highest-ranked guys from the group. If Early can contribute, it would fill a need and help build towards the future. It would also provide proof Alex Atkins can develop guys he signed from the high school ranks.
