Florida State has had the luxury of keeping the quarterback of their future in their 2025 recruiting class with four-star signal caller Tramell Jones Jr. from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville (FL). He has been committed to the Seminoles since April 2023.

Jones Jr. has showcased his loyalty to the university where he has been consistently putting his recruiting hat on for Florida State for a variety of targets. Fans have a little bit hesitant given that the program has only secured four prospects.

The recruiting momentum has to eventually change for the better since Florida State achieved an undefeated regular season and an ACC Championship during the 2023 season.

One pivotal piece is younger pieces such as Brock Glenn, Hykeem Williams, Vandrevius Jacobs, Blake Nichelson, Justin Cryer, and Ashlynd Barker had the opportunity to acquire playing time. The coaching staff does not care if the player is young if they help positively elevate the team.

Two prospects that Tramell Jones Jr. is working on are five-star wide receiver Jamie Ffrench Jr. and four-star wide receiver Vernell Brown III. Both of them are part of his 7v7 team (South Florida Express).
