FSU football has the quarterback for its future in the Class of 2025 four-star signal caller Tramell Jones Jr. from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville (FL). The class has started off on a high note with them ranked as the twelve-best in the 247Sports Composite rankings with prospects as five-star offensive lineman Solomon Thomas, four-star linebacker Ethan Pritchard, four-star defensive end Javion Hilson, and of course four-star quarterback Tramell Jones Jr.

Jones Jr. has been committed to the program since April 1st of last year. The talented playmaker had his fellow teammate, five-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench Jr., on campus this past weekend after de-committing from Alabama. Ffrench Jr. has recently received an expert prediction from Warchant's Matt LaSerre.

The Mandarin High School standout quarterback has been a huge recruiter for the Seminoles where he has consistently praised Florida State and their coaching staff. The quarterback position as a whole seems to be in a great position for the 2025 season where they will have Brock Glenn, Luke Kromenhoek, Trever Jackson, and Tramell Jones Jr.

The Jacksonville (FL) native went on Twitter (X) and posted two pictures with him and head football coach Mike Norvell as well as quarterbacks coach Tony Tokarz. He has already made multiple trips to Tallahassee in an effort to recruit many talented prospects to the Seminoles.

Just like the 2023 and 2024 recruiting cycles, they have their quarterback of the future with Brock Glenn and Luke Kromenhoek (as well as a late addition of Trever Jackson). The Seminoles have made it a priority to replenish the talent in the quarterback room.

While Florida State has only secured four commitments, the Seminoles should make a huge splash for the spring game weekend as well as the summer. Just like in previous years, at least 70% of the recruiting class should be constructed by the start of the 2024 season.
