Florida State football fans are down in their feelings after losing to Georgia Tech
Week 0 was tough, no Florida State fan wants to talk about it right now, but talking about it might help. Florida State fell to Georgia Tech in their Week 0 game making them 0-1 to start the season.
Georgia Tech played a great game and there is no denying that, they are a better team than anyone gave them credit for and they showed up ready. The Seminoles lost a lot of players in the offseason, adn not just any players, they lost a lot of their starters.
So while no excuses can be made, that plays a lot into things. However, it has happened and it's done and the team can't dwell on it because they have an entire season ahead of them.
The best form of therapy though for Florida State fans are to take to social media to release either their anger, their sadness, or their disappointment. So let's check in on our fellow Florida State fans on X (formally known as Twitter) and see how they are doing.
There are a lot of questions about what went wrong and this seems like the biggest one.
I see what you did there.
Tallahassee will probably not be the party central it usually is tonight.
It truly was an experience, and no one can deny that it was a great game, it just wasn't the outcome Florida State fans wanted.
It is time to let the past go and focus on what is ahead, which is an entire season.
The season is not over. With the expanded playoff, teams can have one or two losses or possibly even three and still make it in. One loss is no longer the nail in the coffin like it used to be, so relax FSU fans, it's not over yet.
That Georgia Tech defense was scary today and this linebacker was their leader. The Seminoles should have figured out the run wasn't working and probably changed it up, but instead, they chose to stick with it and FSU is 0-1.
A lot of fans are upset with Mike Norvell on this one. Uiagelelei has a great arm and can air it out and it seems like Norvell was the one holding him back. It's back to the drawing board for the Seminoles now.
