FOUR-STAR LB TAVION WALLACE

Florida State fans understand the magnitude of the linebacker recruiting landscape. It is a topic of discussion whenever anyone brings up where the Seminoles' attention needs to be focused.

It is largely because the Seminoles have redshirt seniors Kalen DeLoach and Tatum Bethune exceed their eligibility. Florida State now has to rely upon players such as Blake Nichelson, Omar Graham Jr., Shawn Murphy, and Justin Cryer to step up into elevated roles.

Luckily, redshirt junior DJ Lundy decided to de-commit from Colorado after transferring there in the offseason as he elected to stick with the Seminoles and play his senior season in Tallahassee.

However, this will be Lundy's final season, and the depth of the room needs to be replenished with above-average talent. Florida State already has four-star Ethan Pritchard in the fold. However, it would be nice to see linebackers coach Randy Shannon get three prospects at the position this cycle.

One linebacker to monitor would be four-star Tavion Wallace from Wayne County High School in Jesup (GA), who visited the Seminoles during their Junior Day event last weekend. He has already visited Tallahassee multiple times within the last year and has even received a crystal ball prediction in favor of Florida State.
