QB DJ UIAGALELEI

The program has the large task of replacing the likes of ultra-talented quarterback Jordan Travis. The former Louisville transfer meant a lot to the Seminoles as he is atop the Florida State football's record book.

Unfortunately, Travis suffered a season-ending injury versus North Alabama on Senior Night. This tested the Seminoles' positional depth where Tate Rodemaker (who eventually transferred out of the program) and Brock Glenn played significant snaps.

It was growing pains with Glenn against the likes of Louisville and Georgia. You could see the potential displayed in his strong arm and pocket presence. However, it was still taking him a while to get himself adjusted to the collegiate game. There is still plenty of time for the former four-star prospect to make his presence known at Florida State.

The coaching staff decided to pick up former Clemson and Oregon State transfer DJ Uiagalelei to bridge the gap between the younger options on the roster such as Brock Glenn, Luke Kromenhoek, and Trever Jackson. Even with Uiagalelei's struggle at times during his career, this could be an opportunity to have a solid veteran lead the offense in 2024.
