IOL TJ FERGUSON AND RICHIE LEONARD IV

It starts and ends with the offensive line when it comes to establishing the running game effectively. This is not to say that starting interior offensive linemen D'Mitri Emmanuel and Casey Roddick were bad players.

However, the Seminoles went to the transfer portal to add offensive linemen such as TJ Ferguson (Alabama) and Richie Leonard IV (Florida). Both of these players have been immovable objects when it comes to winning the line of scrimmage.

Both players are listed at over 300 pounds and look to be just what offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Alex Atkins want in his position group. Don't get me wrong, there are several talented pieces in this group such as Lucas Simmons, Andre Otto, Keiondre Jones, and others. However, both Ferguson and Leonard IV look to be maulers.

This is exactly what what the Seminoles need if they want to get back to their successful rushing attack.
