EASIER BEGINNING SLATE TO SCHEDULE

I never want to take opposing teams for granted. Heck, we saw the Florida State Seminoles back in 2021 lose to FCS opponent Jacksonville State at home after playing well versus Notre Dame.

However, as I alluded to before, the Seminoles will be welcoming several new pieces to their squad. As a result, they need as much confidence as they can get. They begin the 2024 season versus Georgia Tech then play Boston College, Memphis, California, and SMU before their big matchup against Clemson.

That is not exactly murder's row. There is a realistic possibility that the Seminoles could start 5-0 before playing Clemson which could give this team a ton of confidence. Disclaimer, I am so excited for the potential DJ Uiagalelei revenge game after transferring away from the Tigers.

I know that head football coach Mike Norvell is very bullish in his squad. In the back half of the season, Florida State plays the likes of Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, and Florida. This fast start could do wonders as they navigate through the year.
