Florida State football is welcoming thirty-eight scholarship newcomers to its roster. This is a big adjustment for a squad that just won thirteen games last season which included an undefeated regular season and an ACC Championship.

The Vegas line for over/under win total of 9.5 seems to suggest that the general public is considering that the Seminoles will be taking a step back in 2024. However, I would not tell that to head football coach Mike Norvell and his Florida State team.

Norvell has the program in a positive projection as they have a combined 23-4 record over the last two seasons. Even though the College Football Playoff committee did not include the squad in the playoffs last year, they still have goals and aspirations to be better.

This entire team has a chip on its shoulder to go out and prove something to the doubters. As we inch closer and closer to the Garnet and Gold Spring Showcase on April 20th, here are three players that I believe have to break out in order for the Seminoles to be successful in 2024.
