HB JAYLIN LUCAS (84 OVR)

Florida State added Indiana running back/kick returner Jaylin Lucas via the transfer portal this offseason. His brother is redshirt senior wide receiver Ja'Khi Douglas, who should also have a good 2024 season.

Lucas was an underrated pickup by the coaching staff as some fans look at the fact that he was previously with the Hoosiers. However, he had a productive two seasons with the team as he recorded 546 rushing yards and seven touchdowns and also added 50 receptions for 329 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

That isn't all as Lucas also contributed on special teams (head football coach Mike Norvell will love that) where he had 1,163 yards and three touchdowns. College Football 25 got his speed rating (95) correct as he should be blazing past opposing defenders to the endzone.

Florida State will utilize Lucas all over the football field with his quickness. I cannot wait to see him in action this season.
