FOUR-STAR WR DAYLAN MCCUTCHEON

Florida State has still not secured a wide receiver prospect to help their future foundation at the quarterback position with four-star Tramell Jones Jr.

Jones Jr. will be officially visiting the Seminoles on the weekend of June 21st. The signal-caller will be putting his recruiting hat on for the program as four-star wide receiver target Daylan McCutcheon from Lovejoy, Texas will be taking a trip then as well. It is encouraging that he will be taking his final visit with the Seminoles.

Wide receivers coach Ron Dugans has done a tremendous job of acquiring prospects as of late where he grabbed recruits such as Camdon Frier, BJ Gibson, Lawayne McCoy, and Elijah Moore in the 2024 cycle. It is concerning that targets such as five-star Jaime Ffrench Jr. and four-star Vernell Brown III are trending to the Ohio State Buckeyes.

McCutcheon would be a nice acquisition as he recorded 92 receptions for 1,400 yards and 19 touchdowns as a junior. He is prepared to have a massive statistical season during his senior campaign. Hopefully, the Seminoles can continue to impress him.
