QB JORDAN TRAVIS

Maybe this is a recency bias pick here, but I truly believe that quarterback Jordan Travis will be remembered at Florida State for a lifetime. He dealt with so much adversity since transferring to the program from Louisville.

Even with the bumps in the road, Travis continued to get better and better as a passer. There were even some individuals within the fan base who thought he couldn't even throw a football 15 yards downfield. However, head football coach Mike Norvell and former offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham believed in his ability when it seemed like no one else did.

What was a magical season for the Seminoles in 2023 turned into a horror film, as Travis sustained a season-ending injury versus North Alabama on Senior Night. That practically destroyed the chances of Florida State winning a national championship as the College Football Playoff committee excluded them over a one-loss national champion.

I truly hate that Travis did not get an opportunity to compete for a national champion. As a result, I want Travis to at least have a chance to win a title in the video game.
