10. HYKEEM WILLIAMS

Wide receiver coach Ron Dugans was able to secure the likes of five-star pass catcher Hykeem Williams from Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Florida State fans were so excited about the pickup since the program had not had a wide receiver of his caliber in a while.

As expected, it took Williams some time to get acclimated to the collegiate game where some of the media members suggested that Vandrevius Jacobs (who is now transferred out of the program) was more ready to contribute than him.

Unfortunately, the Stranahan High School native struggled with inconsistency and injuries. The good news is that it is common to see true freshman wide receivers struggle to see the football field in Year 1. Williams has now transformed his body and is looking to make an impact during his sophomore campaign.

With Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson off to the NFL, this opens up opportunities for him to be successful in the offense. He just has to piece everything together.
