7. RB/KR JAYLIN LUCAS

I wanted to go higher with former Indiana running back/kickoff returner Jaylin Lucas on this list because I think he is that important to the success of the Seminoles' offense in 2024.

However, I am not sure how Florida State will utilize his blazing speed to the fullest potential. Head football coach Mike Norvell has a knack for getting his playmakers the football. Norvell also has to love the fact that Lucas contributes effectively on special teams.

If fans decide to blink, Lucas might be gone. What makes him so unique is the fact that you can line him up anywhere: In the slot, on the outside, and in the backfield.

He will be a mismatch nightmare. He is brothers with redshirt senior wide receiver Ja'Khi Douglas so it is great to see the duo get one season together in Tallahassee. Speed kills and this Florida State offense will be very fast with Lucas in the fold.
