FSU football coaches have transformed the 2-10 roster from November into a different animal in just over a month. FSU has had 20+ players enter the transfer portal to declare for the NFL Draft or exhaust eligibility.

They've added 16 players from the transfer portal at a variety of positions of need. They've addressed quarterback, offensive line (4), wide receiver (2), tight end (2), defensive line (4), and linebackers (3).

There are only two areas the coaching staff haven't added players, and that's at running back and in the secondary.

FSU had Utah State running back Rahsul Faison on campus last week for a visit. He's someone they'd like to add because he's experienced with proven production. They are battling Alabama, Utah, UCLA, and North and South Carolina for his services.

However, the coaching staff hasn't shown much interest in any of the defensive backs that have entered the transfer portal. My colleague wrote about the coaching staff believing in the young talent they have in the position. Here's why they may feel comfortable with what they have.
