FSU football: What's cost to fire multiple coaches if Mike Norvell makes changes?

It MUST happen.

I posted on social media that Mike Norvell would have to make wholesale changes to this coaching staff after the loss to Boston College. FSU had its second major de-commitment from a top 2025 player, and I knew FSU couldn't overcome the old narratives that were about to start popping back up on the recruiting trails.

Little did I know that FSU would go on to start the season 1-6 and will likely get embarrassed by Miami, Notre Dame, and Florida over the next few weeks.

I thought FSU would have to make at least three coaching changes at the end of the season in September, but I'm on board with potentially firing everyone except Patrick Surtain, Tony Tokarz, and David Johnson. Surtain would be the only guy I'd absolutely keep without question.

The only problem with firing multiple coaches is it will cost a pretty penny because FSU gave its entire coaching staff raises and extensions in January.
