I'm not sure who Mike Norvell will hire as his new offensive coordinator. I think he has some solid options, and hopefully, the new hire can bring a few players with them to help fill a few roster holes. I know some people want Mike Norvell to give up playcalling.

That wasn't the issue in 2024. Mike Norvell is still among the best, but if giving up playcalling gives him more time to hold his coaches accountable in other aspects, I'm all for it.

I believe Mike Norvell dropped the ball with his coordinators and position coaches regarding accountability, and it permeated throughout the program and showed up in the games. Norvell must re-establish that standard with everyone, beginning with himself.

If he can do that, I expect the FSU offense to improve drastically in 2025. After all, it can't go anywhere but up.
