FSU football: Predicting final six games of 2024 regular season
By Kelvin Hunt
FSU football fans have made it halfway through the 2024 season, and it's been so bad we're celebrating bye-weeks to avoid enduring another loss after a 1-5 stop. There could be some things to cheer for in the second half of the season as the Noles have a more favorable slate.
It's all about the matchups, and FSU hopes quarterback Brock Glenn came provide more of a spark for an offense that's been putrid through the first six games.
I predicted FSU to be 5-1 in the preseason. The crazy thing is that I haven't been wrong about their opponents, aside from SMU, but they made a change at quarterback, which changed their entire season.
Georgia Tech, Boston College, Memphis, and California are who I thought they were. I predicted Clemson would be much better offensively in year two in Garrett Riley's offense. I'm surprised their defense isn't as good as I thought it'd be.
Nevertheless, I think I continue to have a good bead on the second-half opponents. The biggest question is which FSU will show up. Here are my predictions for the final six games in 2024.
