The fourth and final offensive lineman was Wake Forest's Luke Petitbon. Petitbon started 22 games over the past two seasons and was All-ACC Honorable Mention in 2024.

He'll play the center position for the Noles at 6'3" and 295 pounds. He's not the biggest guy, but is consistent and understands angles and leverage well.

Petitbon is a high IQ guy, which is what you want in a center to help identify what the defense is trying to do while learning a new offense.

He earned a 70.8 overall PFF grade in 2024 with an 88.3 pass-blocking grade, which is great, considering Wake Forest faced some athletic defensive fronts on their schedule in 2024.

Of course, Wake Forest ran that slow-mesh offense, and some pundits think that might have aided Petitbon's ability to block. However, I look at it the other way. It's probably more difficult to hold a block for longer with the quarterback and running back deciding whether it'll be a hand-off or pass.

Petitbon has one year of eligibility remaining.
