Parting Thoughts
I didn't have Kromenhoek as the starter in 2025, and it doesn't matter who the quarterback is if FSU doesn't address its offensive line woes.
They hired a guy who's capable of fixing it, so that's promising. I know some fans worry about the perception of Mike Norvell not developing quarterbacks. However, the truth is, that most programs are not developing quarterbacks.
Oregon, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and many others in the College Football Playoff have transfer quarterbacks. The Miami Hurricanes owe their entire 10-win season and going to the Pop-Tart Bowl to a transfer quarterback.
Guess what, those teams will likely be back in the transfer portal next year or another.
Thomas Castellanos seems to be the top target for Mike Norvell and Gus Malzahn. He is a dual-threat quarterback, but I'm not a fan. Here's what I hope:
Regarding QB. I just hope they do their due diligence with all their potential targets and then make a decision. If they legit do that...I'm cool with whoever they ride with because they have more information than me.

If they do that and still side with Castellanos? Would I bet my job on him? Probably not. However, I'll cheer for him as hard as I cheered for Luke Kromenhoek or Brock Glenn to succeed.
At this point, I want guys who want to play in the garnet and gold and get this program back to where it's supposed to be. If you're not interested in that, I don't care where you go, it opens a spot for someone who does.
