Ja'Khi Douglas-Wide Receiver

I remember one fan on social media questioning why Ja'Khi Douglas was listed as a starter when the original depth charts came out for the Georgia Tech game.

I said it was because he's the most experienced receiver in the system who has had good production despite dealing with multiple injuries.

Where would the FSU offense be without Douglas? He already has career highs in receptions (18) and receiving yards (306) and tied his career-high for touchdowns with two.

Douglas has been reliable, with only a few drops through the first six games. He had the huge go-ahead touchdown, which became the eventual game-winning touchdown reception against California.

He has had several big-time first-down receptions. Douglas will likely surpass 40 receptions and 500+ receiving yards once the season is over. Those numbers could see more of an uptick with Brock Glenn as the starting quarterback.
