There Is Nothing To Lose

FSU is 1-7 this season. They can't make a bowl game, win the ACC, much less compete for a spot in the 12-team playoff. I suppose an injury could occur, but it could occur in practice or somewhere else.

Mike Norvell has already signaled they have started preparations regarding what they need to change and what positions they need to address in the offseason.

The fact Mike Norvell hinted at putting Luke Kromenhoek in the Clemson game tells me he wants to find out what the youngster can do in live action.

The fact he played him against Duke and gave him more time against Miami(early in the game on the road) that he's trying to see what he has at the quarterback position going into 2025.

This team can't get any worse. The offensive line is terrible. Most of the receivers are terrible. If Kromehoek can show flashes with this unit, it gives a glimmer of hope for 2025. It also lets the young players on the team know they might have a guy they can play with and the future could be bright.
