FSU football: 2024 Winter Transfer Portal Addition Tracker

The FSU football roster will experience much change between now and next season, and dead weight needs to get cut to maximize spots. Mike Norvell has issued a cold statement to all the young guys on the roster.
He laid out a stern warning to all upperclassmen eligible to return in the spring.
We've already seen a double-digit number of FSU players leave to enter the transfer portal. There could be more to exit before it's all said and done. Here's a running list of guys who have entered the portal, which is updated daily:
I addressed FSU's biggest needs from the transfer portal, and FSU addressed one of those at the quarterback position with Thomas Castellanos on Wednesday night.
FSU looks like it has finalized its coaching staff by hiring UCF offensive coordinator Tim Harris Jr. to coach the wide receivers.
The staff can focus on acquiring talent from the transfer portal for the remaining needs. They already have several visits lined up with some important targets.
Some FSU coaches have already started issuing 2026 offers to high school prospects, which will be important toward building those relationships for the upcoming recruiting cycle.
It's interesting to see how this staff will fare in the portal. The offensive side is mostly of Gus Malzahn's staff from UCF. The defensive side is mostly of Tony White's staff from Nebraska.
UCF had a top 30 offense over the past few years, and Nebraska had back-to-back top 20 defenses the past two years. One would think FSU can attract better talent than both of those places. Here's a running list of every portal addition:
