It's funny when that shoe is on the other foot, huh boo?

Boo Corrigan, that’s a name that FSU football fans should know firsthand from a couple of years ago, when the undefeated 2023 FSU football team got the ultimate snub by being left out of the College Football Playoff.

Corrigan, who is the NC State Athletic Director, was the Chairman of the Selection Committee in 2023. A fellow ACC school AD who was in a position to fight for the conference so they didn’t look like an inferior product did absolutely nothing when push came to shove.

FSU fans have despised Corrigan ever since, and now it’s a wonderful day because he and NC State got blindsided by a coach he just hired, who has signed a deal to go back to an SEC school he left in ruins a few years ago.

FSU fans are having a good time teasing Corrigan via socia media and I don't blame them.

It's not any fun when those tables turn and you're the one who's getting screwed is it? That's why it's always important to do the right thing, regardless of what others may think or say. Corrigan could have taken a stand for FSU, even if it didn't work, at least he would have earned our respect.

Corrigan explained why the selection committee got it right by leaving an undefeated FSU football team out of the College Football Playoff:

"That was the decision, was Alabama at four," Corrigan said. "Florida State is a different team than they were through the first 11 weeks. Coach [Mike] Norvell, their players, their fans -- an incredible season. But as you look at who they are as a team right now withoutJordan Travis, without the offensive dynamic that he brings to it, they are a different team and the committee voted Alabama four and Florida State five."

It's so crazy because Alabama went on to look like crap on offense with a quarterback who couldn't throw the ball. I'm conviced the way FSU was playing defense they could have beaten Michigan that year, even without Jordan Travis. Nevertheless, we'll never know since those players got robbed of that opportunity. However, it's funny to see Corrigan's reaction after catching what he believes is a raw deal.
