FSU continues to get zero respect from the ESPN College Gameday panel

They don't show up and they don't expect the Seminoles to win

It's bad enough that FSU got spurned for ESPN's College GameDay this morning, although if they had already booked Theo Von to appear, it might've been a blessing in disguise.

But to make matters worse, it doesn't seem like the panel is sold on FSU's chances tonight against the third-ranked Hurricanes. Did it matter that Mike Norvell is undefeated against Miami at home? Apparently not.

Kirk Herbstreit did not make a pick since he's calling the game tonight on ABC along with Chris Fowler and Holly Rowe on the sidelines, but the rest of the crew seemed to have similar thoughts, except for Von, who was on another planet.

Desmond Howard said, "Miami is probably the most complete team I've seen all season. I'm going with the 'Canes."

Nick Saban added, "This is the toughest game to pick of all, but I'm still going with the 'Canes."

Pat McAfee talked at a mile-a-minute and not all of it made sense, but he also picked Miami while acknowledging FSU might have gotten a wake-up call last week.

""I think we all just assume that Miami is just more talented at this stage of development of a team throughout a season. Then Florida State loses to Virginia? Does that wake them up a little bit? It's kind of hard to go back and forth, especially with a bunch of Florida boys battling here. They all know each other very very well. But on that note, I think Miami is maybe heading to the natty, so give me the Miami Hurricanes to beat Florida State today.""

And then was Theo Von, who is rightfully getting dragged on social media after a horrible appearance, with his words of wisdom. "I think both of the teams are in Florida...my biggest thing is Miami, I don't think they're getting talked about much...they're ranked really really high. I like Carson Beck. He wins where he goes. He's like a tall Stetson Bennett."

I don't know if he actually made a pick or if he even realized they were talking about a football game, so we'll just mark that down as an unknown. Either way, FSU is going to have to prove some "experts" wrong.
