FSU FOOTBALL

Florida State football had even superfan "Roll Tide Willie" give up on his own respective team after the season-opening loss to the Seminoles. Head football coach Mike Norvell and his squad had their fan base in shambles after they finished 5-5 in their last ten games.

There were not many individuals who gave credit to the Seminoles after the win. It instead turned into a conversation of "What is wrong with Alabama?". The truth of the matter is that Florida State was the more physical team.

JOEL KLATT COMMENTS

There are narratives about the Crimson Tide being pushed out that they are the more dangerous squad now, but Alabama defeated the likes of mighty Louisiana-Monroe and Wisconsin. The real test will come next week when they face off against Georgia.

We have already seen SEC Network's Paul Finebaum say that the Seminoles wouldn't be competitive against Alabama, and he is now proclaiming Florida State to be "back". This is quite the turnaround with perspectives.

FOX Sports analyst Joe Klatt joined in on the fun with the Crimson Tide comments.

Klatt is a Big Ten homer, but he had to enter the conversation. The general population will find out how the Crimson Tide are after their upcoming four-game slate of ranked opponents with Georgia, Vanderbilt, Missouri, and Tennessee.

It is quite frustrating to see Alabama get all the praise and glory while the Seminoles get the short end of the stick after their dominant performance in the opener. To be honest, it should be expected since an undefeated Florida State got left out of the College Football Playoff.

Florida State cannot listen to individuals such as Joe Klatt, they have to continue handling their business.
