Florida State football won against Virginia Tech by a score of 34-14 in the final home game of the season at Doak Campbell Stadium. This made the fan base happy that the Seminoles have strung together victories in two of their last three games.

Individuals can now wake up with a smile on their faces after the victory and get ready for the NFL Sunday. Florida State has many former players that are on NFL rosters who fans cheer for even after their Garnet and Gold days.

One name that showed up in the news (on a negative note) on Sunday morning was former Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman, who plays for the Buffalo Bills.

KEON COLEMAN SITUATION

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman will be inactive in their matchup today against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to missing a team meeting.

This is disappointing to see from the former second-round pick. The Bills have been counting on Coleman to be their number one receiving option, but it hasn't quite turned out that way.

According to ESPN Stats and Information, the former Michigan State and Florida State transfer has recorded 32 receptions for 330 yards and three touchdowns during the 2025 season for the Bills. He is coming off a game last week against the Dolphins, where he had three receptions for 46 yards and one touchdown.

This was the most targets (8) that he has had since the Bills' Week 1 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens (11). Overall, the Bills are battling in their AFC East division with a 6-3 record, as they try to catch down the 9–2 Patriots.

This is where they need Coleman to lock in and learn from his mistakes. Hopefully, the youngster figures out everything and makes the Seminole faithful proud.
