Florida State football's 2026 schedule dropped on Monday night. The ACC had to separate itself by having a meaningless one-hour show to release the schedules, which are a joke for a conference that wants some sort of relevance.
The Seminoles were a disaster in 2025, where they limped to the finish line of a 5-7 record. This came after beating the likes of Alabama. Florida State didn't end the year as they liked, and the fan base was starving for some sort of positivity.
Either way, Florida State had an audience even in the losses. Individuals want to watch the Seminoles. It is just a shame that they let the TV numbers go to waste. Fans hope the 2026 season will be better.
Florida State has a brutal road stretch that could impact Mike Norvell's tenure with the Seminoles
Florida State football did not win a road game in 2025, and it is a shame that it is even a conversation for a program of a caliber such as the Seminoles. As a matter of fact, they have not achieved a victory in a different environment since 2023 in the Swamp.
We already knew the road games were against the likes of Alabama, Louisville, Miami, Boston College, and Pittsburgh. Individuals just didn't know where the games would be. Florida State's official football Twitter (X) account dropped the full 2026 schedule.

Florida State will take on Alabama in Bryant-Denny Stadium in its third game in a matchup that the Crimson Tide wants to get revenge for after losing in last year's game. Then Florida State plays Louisville in a Friday night tilt.
Just to put salt in the wound, the Seminoles play arch-rival Miami, then face off against Boston College in Chestnut Hill in November, and finish off against Pittsburgh on the road.
This is not encouraging for a program that is trying to get back on the right track. The ACC just hates Florida State, as we already know.
