ESPN IS SEC BIASED

The Florida State football fan base already has a firsthand experience with ESPN, as the Seminoles were left out of the 4-team College Football Playoff in 2023 in favor of the one-loss SEC darling Alabama.

This was where the Florida State faithful started to realize that there was an agenda, and the Seminoles were not part of the equation. It didn't have anything to do with quarterback Jordan Travis being injured. This was simply because of the conference affiliations and money.

This was frustrating to see on that dreaded Sunday because Florida State put their blood, sweat, and tears into a rewarding season where they won all of their games, and were still left out of the College Football Playoff.

FOOTBALL POWER INDEX

College football is drastically difficult nowadays, as NIL and conference realignment are at the forefront. Some teams are struggling to manage everything that is going on throughout the landscape.

ESPN elects to talk about the SEC and Big Ten for the most part, even though the ACC is part of its network. This is not a point to defend the ACC as a whole because it is well explained that the Seminoles want out of this conference for good.

With that said, ESPN dropped its top-25 Football Power Index rankings after Week 3's results.

The fact that Florida State football isn't listed on the poll is insane. Even if this is a power ranking poll on teams that would be favored in neutral-site matchups, it should be a guarantee that the Seminoles would beat squads such as TCU, Arkansas, Illinois, BYU, Vanderbilt, Nebraska, and Indiana,

This is yet another example of ESPN showing hatred towards the Seminoles for no apparent reason.
