Florida State football recruiting for the 2026 cycle has been on a burning stove this entire summer. The Seminoles finished with a 2-10 record last season on the gridiron, so many individuals are wondering how the coaching staff is finishing the deal in the summer.

Head football coach Mike Norvell has entered the offseason with a purpose to ensure that the program emphasizes the importance of acquiring high school prospects. Many around the country suggest that the Seminoles are just a type of "transfer portal designation".

That notion is not true, but Coach Norvell is doing everything in his power to prove that 2024 was an outlier. It all starts with reconstructing the foundation of high school recruiting and asserting dominance in the states of Florida and Georgia.
