Florida State football defeated the Virginia Tech Hokies by a score of 34-14 on Saturday night, in the final home game inside Doak Campbell Stadium. The Seminoles have now won two of their last three games and are sitting with a 5-5 record.
The fan base is not exactly thrilled with the result on Saturday, because some individuals are counting the days until the $54 million buyout of head football coach Mike Norvell is here. The fact of the matter is that Florida State has not done enough for a certain population of people to believe in the vision of where the Seminoles are going for the future.
With that said, the possibility of finishing with a 7-5 record (best case scenario) to close out the regular season doesn't give the fan base comfort. The Seminoles got to win on Saturday, so it is ideal that we discuss five players who stood out in the Virginia Tech game.
