FSU FOOTBALL FALL CAMP

Florida State football is taking on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the season opener on Saturday, August 30th at 3:30 PM EST on ABC. The newly renovated Doak Campbell Stadium should have an opportunity to get rowdy in the contest.

This is a Seminole team that the fan base wants to see improve after they finished with a 2-10 record last year. That was not standard within the program's proud championship pedigree.

Head football coach Mike Norvell knew that something had to give after he made changes to the roster and the assistant coaching staff. Fall camp is underway as the Seminoles want to have quiet confidence in themselves to be successful.

The team is in Jacksonville, Florida, at the North Florida campus, conducting a three-day fall camp session to build chemistry and battle through adversity, but I want to highlight five players that I am encouraged by through a week into the Seminoles' fall camp.
