FSU FOOTBALL SEASON OPENER

Florida State football will be taking on Alabama Saturday, August 30th at 3:30 PM EST on ABC in the friendly confines of Doak Campbell Stadium. It is a season opener that many individuals in the fan base want to see.

The Seminoles did not have a great 2024 campaign, where they limped to the finish line with a 2-10 record. The offense was only able to muster 15.2 points per game. However, this is a Florida State offense that drastically changed this offseason.

Head football coach Mike Norvell had to make wholesale changes as the Seminoles possessed one of the worst offenses in all of college football. Florida State wants to put points on the scoreboard, but it could be difficult to do so against an Alabama team that might have a top-ten defense.

As a result, I want to focus on five players on the Seminoles' offense who could create explosive plays on Alabama's defense.
