WR DUCE ROBINSON
We discussed the impact that quarterback transfer Thomas Castellanos could have on the Seminoles' team for 2025. The coaching staff is trying to do whatever it takes to give the signal-caller everything that he needs to be successful.
One method of accomplishing that feat is to give him viable weapons to throw at. I was very pleased that the Seminoles landed USC wide receiver transfer Duce Robinson. The 6'6" pass catcher was a five-star prospect out of high school that the coaching staff liked.
Unlike last season with the transfers that just had potential, Robinson has produced at a high level. He recorded 396 yards and five touchdowns during the 2024 season. He is most likely going to give Castellanos a big-bodied weapon to throw to on third down and in the red zone.
Plus, it also helps that Robinson's father (Dominic Robinson) played with the Seminoles in the early 2000s. The transfer pickups at wide receiver were not good enough with the likes of Malik Benson and Jalen Brown. However, Robinson has the chance to be very impactful.
