5 HUGE reasons Mike Norvell 2.0 turns FSU around quicker than first time

No Pandemic To Deal With(Fingers Crossed)
I've said this ad naseum, but any coach hired in December 2019 had a near-impossible task to deal with called COVID-19. FSU went through Tour of Duty and had three Spring practices before everything went virtual for months.
That was precious practice time missed, no summer workouts, and opportunities missed for the staff to build rapport and trust with the players they inherited.
That will not be the case going into spring 2025(fingers crossed). If we treat the 2025 season like it's year one.
Mike Norvell already has a relationship with some of the players on the team and will have an entire offseason to fine-tune the program. The new coordinators will have a real offseason to implement everything, and FSU will go into the 2025 season much more prepared than 2020.
FSU went 3-6 in 2020 and 5-7 in 2021. I'm convinced FSU would have had a better record than 8-13 in the first two years if the pandemic hadn't happened.
