4 young players that need to be retained on the Seminoles' roster this offseason
Florida State football has left a lot on the field to be desired. The Seminoles possess a 1-9 record, and most fans want to time travel to the offseason.
I never envisioned a scenario where Florida State would be this bad so quickly, coming off an undefeated regular season and a conference championship in 2023. Maybe the College Football Playoff snub and/or Georgia Orange Bowl loss ruined this program.
Whatever your thoughts are, this has been a disaster.
Head football coach Mike Norvell has his work cut off for him this offseason as he tries to repair what he built up. It has to be difficult to know that what was working in the past suddenly went horrifically wrong.
Fans were calling for the youth movement, and the coaching staff finally decided that it was time to play them. The record on the field has not changed, but individuals are starting to see what those players have in terms of skill sets for the future.
I want to highlight two young players on each side of the football that the Seminoles need to retain on their roster this offseason.
